Account Deletion Request

⚠ Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent once the deletion process is complete. Your character progress, coin balance, HP/POWER upgrade levels, high score records, and any linked Google or Facebook accounts will be permanently erased. No restoration or recovery is possible after permanent deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

We permanently remove your account and all associated game data from our servers:

Profile & Identity: Your in-game Display Name, Avatar, Device Identifier, and Guest Account ID.
Currencies & Upgrades: Your accumulated Coins balance, HP Upgrade Level, and POWER Upgrade Level.
Game Progress & Records: Your Highest Stage reached, Best Score, Total Boss Kills, and Highest Risk Combo record.
Settings & Preferences: Your saved audio, haptic feedback, and language preferences (Thai or English).
Account Links: The authentication link to your Facebook or Google account.
Leaderboard Entries: Your entries on the global Best Score and Total Boss Kills leaderboards.

Note: Anonymized records of completed Rewarded Ads and server transaction logs are retained without any link to your identity. This prevents duplicate reward redemptions and ensures leaderboard and economy integrity.

How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1: From Inside the Game (Recommended)

Open Mind Spell on your mobile device.
Go to Settings from the Lobby screen.
Select Account and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your request.

Since you are already authenticated in-game, this action applies immediately and works for both Guest Accounts and linked accounts.

Method 2: Via Email Request

If you have uninstalled the game and cannot access it, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.

If the button above does not open your email client, send an email to support@adisoft.io using the template below:

Hello Adisoft Support,

I would like to request the permanent deletion of my Mind Spell account and all associated data.

My details are as follows:
- In-game Display Name: [Enter your in-game display name]
- Platform: [Android or iOS]
- Account Type: [Guest / Linked with Google / Linked with Facebook]
- Linked Email/ID (if applicable): [Enter your linked Google or Facebook email]

Processing Time & Grace Period

In-Game Requests: Applied immediately.
Email Requests: Verified and processed by our support team within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once initiated.
30-Day Grace Period: For all deletion requests, your account enters a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind. Logging back into your account within these 30 days will cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, all account data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered by anyone.
